Terms of Service
Draft — staging. Last updated 2026-06-12.
1. Who can use Praxis
Praxis is offered to invited users who are at least 18 years old. Access requires a valid invitation and an accurate age attestation. Invitations are personal and may be revoked.
2. The service
Praxis is a continuous, governed intelligence environment — not a general-purpose "ask-anything" chatbot. During this invite-only preview the service is provided on a staging basis, may change or be interrupted, and is offered without warranties. Features and availability may evolve.
3. Acceptable use
You agree to use Praxis lawfully and not to misuse it, including no attempts to circumvent safety, security, rate-limit, or abuse controls. We may apply rate limits and abuse controls and may suspend access where these terms or the law are violated.
4. Your content and data
Your conversation content and account data are handled as described in the Privacy & Data Retention Policy. In summary: we do not sell your data, do not use it for advertising, and do not train models on your content. You may delete your chats or your account at any time, and you may export your data in a machine-readable format. Account deletion is completed within 30 days.
5. How Praxis is built
Praxis delivers its capabilities through its own governed architecture. Any third-party inference or infrastructure provider is a swappable, commodity component disclosed in the Privacy Policy; it is not a partner or beneficiary, and Praxis's identity and capabilities are designed to survive a provider change.
6. Changes to these terms
We may update these Terms as the service moves from preview toward launch. Material changes will be communicated to invited users.
7. Governing law
Governing law and jurisdiction: pending — to be specified before public launch.
